Ron White believes great leadership transcends industries and generations. As a seasoned technology leader and a lifelong volunteer, Ron draws from a wealth of experiences to craft thoughtful insights on leadership. His introduction to leadership began in the Civil Air Patrol, where he commanded the Overlake Composite Squadron, shaping the next generation of leaders. Today, Ron continues his service as a Commissioner for Sammamish Parks and Recreation and as a board member for Roots and Rounds, a nonprofit focused on bridging generational leadership gaps.

A storyteller at heart, Ron has written short stories, a fiction novel, and is currently developing a series of books on leadership. His LinkedIn and online forums feature engaging discussions on leadership, teamwork, and innovation.

When not writing, Ron is the drummer for two bands—Magnetic Grey and Timber and Steel—proving that even in music, leadership takes center stage. He finds daily inspiration in his wife and two incredible sons, and enjoys balancing the roles of technologist, author, volunteer, and musician..
